IT Business Development Executive

Job Description:

  • Responsible for new business development and performance of sales activities in assigned market
  • Handle prospect research and lead qualification for IT Services and Support Activities
  • Initiate contact and make first level presentations

  • Close large contracts and track & meet quarterly sales targets

  • Coordinate with different departments to propose most appropriate solution to clients

  • Manage customer escalations and client visits to ensure that all needs / expectations are met

  • Monitor, evaluate and report on individual accounts and market progress vis a vis targets

  • Plan and implement marketing strategies
